When he gets out, he takes a job with a private military company, but they soon betray him and he sets out to clear his name and seek revenge.

The contractor shares a lot in common with several other films around ideas of betrayal, distrust of government, and all-out action. In Captain America: The Winter Soldier, it got even deeper. An organization known as Hydra infiltrated the US government and planned to take over the country. To do this, they framed Captain America for the murder of Nick Fury and he had to clear his name and eliminate Hydra before they brought down the United States of America.
